Terms of Service for Edge – AI Sports Value Betting

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Edge – AI Sports Value Betting mobile application and related services, including our website at edgebetting.ai (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are operated by Cool Guys Anonymous, LLC (“Edge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use Edge. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that your use of the Services complies with applicable laws.

Edge is intended for users in jurisdictions where sports betting information services are lawful. Availability of sportsbooks and betting markets varies by location.

2) What Edge Is (and Is Not)

Edge provides informational and educational content related to sports betting markets, including odds, comparisons across sportsbooks, “value” indicators, A–F grades, and AI-generated explanations.
Edge is not a sportsbook and does not accept wagers, process payments, hold funds, or facilitate betting transactions.
Any action to place a wager occurs on a third-party sportsbook that you choose to use, subject to that sportsbook’s terms and policies.

3) No Betting Advice; No Guarantees

The Services are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on Edge constitutes financial advice, legal advice, or guaranteed betting recommendations. Sports betting involves risk and you may lose money.

Odds, lines, and availability can change rapidly. Edge does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any odds, grades, or other content.

4) Grades, “Edge,” and AI Explanations

Edge may display a letter grade (A–F) and/or an “edge” percentage and provide AI explanations for certain bets. These are estimates based on methods that may include (without limitation) cross-sportsbook odds comparisons, “fair value” calculations, devig/market hold assumptions, market agreement/variation, freshness of data, and other confidence signals.

Grades and edge calculations are not predictions and do not guarantee outcomes.
AI explanations are generated from structured inputs and are intended to help you understand the numbers. They may be incomplete or may not reflect late-breaking news (e.g., injuries, lineup changes).
All calculations and explanations may change over time as odds move and data updates.

5) Sportsbook Links & Deep Linking

The Services may include links and buttons such as “Place Bet” that open third-party sportsbook apps or websites. When you click these links:

You are leaving Edge and interacting with a third party.
Edge does not control the sportsbook’s services, availability, or how the sportsbook collects and uses information.
Edge may route you to a sportsbook using different link types (e.g., bet slip, market page, event page, or homepage) depending on what the sportsbook supports.

You are responsible for verifying the bet details, odds, and any applicable terms within the sportsbook before placing any wager.

6) Accounts, Sign-In, and Your Responsibilities

Edge may offer sign-in features (including Sign in with Apple) or guest usage depending on the version of the app. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (if applicable)
All activity that occurs under your account or device
Using the Services in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws

You agree not to misuse the Services or attempt to access them using unauthorized means.

7) Acceptable Use

You agree not to do any of the following:

Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Services except as permitted by law
Scrape, probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities of the Services, or circumvent security features
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks
Upload or transmit malware, harmful code, or otherwise compromise the Services
Use the Services to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Services or others.

8) Intellectual Property

The Services, including all content, features, designs, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Cool Guys Anonymous, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Services or any part of them, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

9) Third-Party Services and Content

Edge may display or reference third-party content (including sportsbook odds, logos, and links). Third-party services are not under our control, and we are not responsible for:

Third-party content accuracy or availability
Any transactions you conduct with third parties
Third-party policies or practices

10) Subscription and Payments (If Applicable)

Edge may offer paid features through in-app purchases or subscriptions (“Subscriptions”). If Subscriptions are offered:

Payments and renewals are handled by the Apple App Store and/or Google Play, under their terms.
Your Subscription will renew automatically unless canceled through your platform account settings.
We do not issue refunds except as required by law or permitted by the platform’s policies.

If you do not have a Subscription, you may still have access to certain free features, which may change over time.

11) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT (INCLUDING ODDS, GRADES, OR AI EXPLANATIONS) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

12) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL COOL GUYS ANONYMOUS, LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

13) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cool Guys Anonymous, LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to:

Your use of the Services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your use of any third-party sportsbook or service accessed through Edge

14) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, or to protect the Services, our users, or third parties. You may stop using the Services at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including (without limitation) Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

15) Changes to the Services and These Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice (e.g., in-app notice). By continuing to use the Services after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Choose State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [Choose County/City, State], and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

18) Apple / App Store Additional Terms

If you download or access the Services through Apple’s App Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

These Terms are between you and Cool Guys Anonymous, LLC, not Apple.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the app.
In the event of a failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any) in accordance with Apple’s policies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to legal requirements, or consumer protection claims.
Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

Your use of the Services must also comply with the App Store’s terms and policies.
